1. Is it is safe to travel to Costa Rica? Absolutely!!! Costa Rica is the safest, cleanest and most traveled Central American country. The people of Costa Rica are extremely friendly and generous. It is actually safer than most big US cities. 

2. I don't speak any Spanish, will this be a problem? No problem! Our Doctors, staff members, guides and drivers speak English and you will always have a bi-lingual staff member with you.

3. How good are the physicians? Can I trust them? Our physicians are the best of the best in Costa Rica! We have done all of the research for you and we have selected only the most qualified Doctors. We will provide you with a list of doctors and physicians to choose from. All of our doctors are Board Certified and most have schooling in the US, Mexico or Colombia.

4. What surgeries-treatments are available? Several! We offer Cosmetic, Dental and Dermatology procedures. If you don't see it here simply e-mail us and we will respond promptly to your request.

5. Can I have more than 1 procedure completed while I am there? Yes! As a matter of fact, most of our clients choose to have multiple surgeries done during their stay, assuming the doctor permits.

6 Tell me more about the "recovery period"? Your recovery period will depend on the nature of your surgery. We have a recovery center for almost any request. Some more private than others, but in any case, we will provide you with a list of recovery centers to choose from. All of our centers are comfortable, discrete and offer 24/7 services. There will always be someone by your side. We believe this is the most important aspect of your medical vacation, paying close attention to every detail of your recovery.

8. When can I return home? Only after the Doctors have cleared you for travel. Your after care program here is excellent and you will recover quickly BUT your well being is our number one concern so the Doctors MUST clear you for travel back home. You will of course enjoy all Costa Rica has to offer in the meantime while you are healing.
9. Where is Costa Rica? And why Costa Rica? Costa Rica is located in Central America between Panama and Nicarauga. It’s about the size of West Virginia and has almost 6,000,000 residents.

10. How can the cost here be so much less than for a similar procedure than in the US? In Costa Rica, labor costs and housing costs are only a fraction of what they cost in the US. Insurance premiums are also very low. These three factors are what keep medical costs affordable.

11. What happens if after the "pre-surgery consultation " I add a new procedure or decide against a procedure that I have already paid for? A new price will be negotiated and your account will be adjusted accordingly - you may receive a refund or owe more money. No problem either way.

12. What is the most important reason for me to travel to Costa Rica for my surgery? Your surgery will be over in a matter of hours but your recuperation time might be weeks and you will be delighted in Costa Rica because the people here have time for you and really care about you. You will see this every day as staff members are available 24/7 and they are so cheerful when helping you. The time will fly by and you will be sad to leave but ever so happy to return home a "new person".
